Returns

What if my items are damaged or defective?

If you have a damaged or defective item, please do NOT initiate a self-service return. Returns for refund will be subject to a $5 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Eligible domestic returns can also be refunded in the form of a store gift card, and no return shipping fee will be applied.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

What if I want to exchange items from an order?

In place of an exchange, simply return your items from your previous order then, re-order the desired items. We offer free standard shipping on re-orders and will honor any promotions that may have been on your order. You can email contact@adtigoapparel.com or call 1-844-420-8100 for assistance.

Do you offer any promo codes or discounts?

We offer new and/or existing customers certain offers and promotions. Sign up for our email list and be among the first to receive notice on promotions and discounts!

PLEASE NOTE: Promotions may only pertain to select items, may not combined with other offers, and may be available just to specific to either existing customers or new customers. Promotions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

You must type in your discount code at checkout. If you copy and paste the code it may not register. Be sure to observe

Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free standard shipping for orders $50+. Otherwise, standard shipping rates are $5. Most orders arrive in 4-7 business days with standard delivery. We also offer various express options if you need your order sooner.

When will I get my order?

Expedited orders placed M-F by 5pm CST ship the same day. Otherwise, standard shipping orders ship the next business day.

Orders placed after 5pm CST on Friday or over the weekend, ship out Monday.

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: Free on orders $50+ or $5 flat rate.  Orders will ship 4-7 business days via USPS. Please allow an additional business day for your order to ship. 

Express: 2-4 Business Days via USPS - $12

2-Day: 2 Business Days via FedEx - $20

Overnight: Next Business Day via FedEx - $30

For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, standard shipping may take 12-16 business days and FedEx shipping is unfortunately not available. For APO / FPO / DPO addresses, standard shipping can take up to 35 days and express options are not currently available.

Please note that orders shipping to PO Boxes cannot be shipped via FedEx

What if I need to change my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible ! To make a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible to cancel the order and place a new one if the order hasn't yet been processed. You can email us at during business hours 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all addresses in the U.S. Please note that standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take 12-16 business days and overnight shipping is unfortunately not available. For APO / FPO / DPO addresses, standard shipping can take up to 35 days and express options are not currently available.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Dallas, TX.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of business operation are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM central standard time. If you need to reach us outside of these hours, no worries! You can email us at contact@adtigoapparel.com or leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for calling at +1-844-420-8100 and we will get back to you within 2 business days!

Where can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to track your order! If you have a registered Adtigo  account, you can also track your order in your Order History. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder.

Why haven't I received an email regarding my order?

Hmmm. It's usually for one of these reasons:

1. You may have an outdated email address on file

2. You may have opted out of all emails from Adtigo

3. You may have a spam blocker & your emails are going to your junk folder

Do you ship internationally?

We don't offer international shipping at this time, although we're working on expanding our shipping areas in the future to the UK, Canada, & Austrailia! How can I be notified when an item is back in stock?

The time it takes to get a particular item back in stock varies. Select the "email me when available" button to receive an email notification as soon as we receive any specific item, colors, and sizes you wish to purchase.
